Malaguena - Classical Guitar Tutorial.
Bear two things in mind. 1) In this song the Melody is based on the bass notes 2) The left hand can give you a bit of a hard time.
Melody on the bass notes: The Thumb is in charge of the Melody. This is quite uncommon as usually the melody is always played on the top strings of the Guitar. I would recommend you to play the riff just with the Thumb for a couple of minutes before adding the top strings. Take things step by step and follow the video suggestions.
The Left Hand: Again (I know I say always the same thing) start practicing this riff really slow. The second note you will be playing is a G# on the 6th string 4th fret with the little finger. That’s hurts. Keep the thumb straight down behind the neck and make sure you keep a bit of space between the palm and bottom neck. That should help.
This is the Video Tutorial. Enjoy it !!!
