When you play Guitar, notes are coming out your instrument (I have just discovered the eighth world wonder). There are many different ways we can approach this notes. This is a list of the most common Guitar Technique. By clicking the technique you want to learn, you will be directed to the page.
Some techniques are easy some other are harder. I would highly recommend you to start with an easy one. They are easy because are much more instinctual and approachable.

Each of these Guitar Techniques will give a unique approach to each single note you play. Start listening and analyzing some solos. You will notice that the Vibrato is used all the time as well as Hammer on and Pull Off. Alternate Picking and Hybrid Picking are usually really good for Fast Playing.
